Refund and Return Policy
1. Service-1. Inform1. Custom-Made Products
- Most of our products are manufactured based on customer-provided specifications such as size, color, design, and material.
- Custom-made products are generally not eligible for return or refund once production has started.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate product details and confirming specifications before production begins.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The product delivered is different from the confirmed order
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product
All return requests will be reviewed and verified before approval.
3. Refund Process
- Once a return request is approved, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
- Refund processing time may take 5 to 10 business days after approval.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized products
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Orders canceled after production has begun
- Products ordered with incorrect specifications provided by the customer
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
- If cancellation is requested after production has started, charges may apply based on the work completed.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
7. Quality Assurance
We take quality seriously and carefully inspect all products before dispatch. However, if you face any issues, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the matter promptly.
