Please note that we do not provide on-site event decoration or installation services.
2. Products and Services
- We manufacture decoration cloth products for events such as weddings, parties, functions, and celebrations.
- All products can be customized according to customer specifications, including size, color, material, and design.
- Product availability and customization depend on material stock and production capacity.
3. Custom Orders
- Customers must provide clear and accurate details for custom product requirements.
- Once the design and specifications are approved, changes may not be possible.
- Custom-made products are created specifically for the customer and may not be eligible for cancellation or refund after production has started.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are communicated before order confirmation.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required to begin production.
- Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
5. Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery timelines depend on product type, customization level, and order quantity.
- We strive to deliver orders within the agreed timeframe; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Since most products are custom-made, returns and refunds are generally not accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Refund or replacement decisions will be made after verification.
7. Product Usage
- Our products are intended for decoration purposes only.
- Proper handling and maintenance are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use, storage, or installation.
8. Limitation of Liability
Raju Decor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
